State of the Pudge, 10 months:
Loves: bully sticks, antlers, lamb loaf, doggie daycare, being chased, stickies, anyone who will pay attention to him, barking, peanut butter
Dislikes: my MINI (tight suspension + crap roads + manual transmission makes him yack (sigh)), not getting his way
Fears: the big pink ball, suitcases, any one object that is bigger than him
Recent accomplishments: getting 90% of the peanut butter jar licked clean
He’s turning into a really affectionate dog. He never liked being snorgled and would never fall asleep on your lap as a puppy. He was all teeth all the time as a puppy. If you wanted to give him affection, YOU were going to pay for it. Now he will tolerate active snorgeling, willingly rolls over for belly rubs to initiate post-work corgi therapy, and falls asleep on me. We’ve been able to turn the biting of the face when we pick him up into ‘giving kisses’ (much thanks to my boo for working on that one). He used to hate being on the couch (he doesn’t like heights), but now will bark to go up and sit with his pack. He’s slowly but surely growing out of the mouthing phase. And he doesn’t mind being carried upside-down.
Chillest. Dog. Ever.
I LOVE THIS DOG SO MUCH! ^_^
